Return & Cancellation Policy 

We always hope our customers will love their products,

however if for any reason you are unhappy with your order, then please follow the following steps.

1. Contact us as soon as possible at hello@millerandkeane.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue, reason for return or exchange.

2. Please return it in its original packaging or a similar padded package to ensure it is kept safe during transit.

3. Please obtain proof of return postage, when posting your returns as we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged items in the post. 

4. Refunds can only be made against the original credit/debit card used.

5. We do not cover the cost of return postage. 
While happy to assist as much as we can, as a small business, this is not a cost that we can cover.

Cancellations & Exchanges

We know that circumstances can change and are always here to help as best we can.

If you wish to change, amend or cancel your order before your purchase is dispatched, please have your order number to hand and email us at hello@millearndkeane.com.

Please note this is only possible during our working hours,

Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
