Scent is one of the easiest ways to transform our mood. As a holistic therapist, I used scent for many years to create the best healing space for my clients.
Whether they suffered from stress or anxiety, using the right scent always had a noticeable effect on their wellbeing as soon as they entered my practice. Over time, I realised that calming scents are wonderful for clients with a lot of anxiety and more uplifting scents with citrus tones did wonders for those with low mood and low energy.
Using this knowledge, I created my Wellbeing & Spring collections.
